Great service experience. I’ve used Majestic a couple times for plumbing issues. They do a great job. Cameron my technician was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Majestic.

From first phone call to completion, Magestic Plumbing provided excellent service. I don’t remember names, but all those who schedule, answer phone calls, send messages are prompt and professional. The technician Corbett is outstanding. He explained everything in detail, his work is very clean. He is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend and use their services in future.

Came when they said they would and did the job efficiently

I have used Majestic plumbing in the past so when I was in need of their services again I called them right away. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. When they arrived they assessed the problem, quoted me a price and went right to work. David did an amazing job, paying great attention to detail. He had a newer employee with him, I believe his name was Derrick. He was obviously in training as their conversation was about what was being done and why. I was impressed that David talked, taught and listened to Derrick in a way that I felt was encouraging and insightful. David's work ethic showed up in all that he did and explained to me exactly what was being done. When the job was completed I was very satisfied that it was done correctly without cutting corners and he left the room cleaner than it was when he began. Both David and Derrick were very professional and friendly. I can't recommend Majestic plumbing enough. Thank you for a job well done.

Michael arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and answered my questions about my tankless water heater. I have been satisfied with Majestic for Plumbing needs for many years.

JJ and his assistant were on time, efficient and professional. I watched how they used measurements devices and alignment tools to ensure everything was accurate and straight. Not surprising considering he is a former Marine.

Majestic is my number one go-to for anything plumbing related. They do a great job, every time. Customer service is unparalleled.

Daryl was right on time, and did some repair work that another electrician with a different company had done poorly only a month earlier. He fixed my problem and did it quickly. He lived up to his previous good reputation and I would recommend him strongly.

I broke the water shutoff valve underneath my sink on Saturday, causing a leak. Fortunately, Michael from Majestic Plumbing was able to come to fix the problem first thing on Sunday morning. I am happy with Majestic's pricing, professionalism, and quality of work. I would use this company again in the future.

Majestic Plumbing was able to schedule us quickly when several plumbing issues arose. Geoff explained all the options and was able to complete everything on the same day. This was our 2nd time using Majestic and we will continue to use them & recommend to others.

Our technician couldn’t have been better. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely, personable and honest. We asked direct questions and he gave equally candid answers. One of our issues was a bit of a pickle but Cameron found the root cause and replaced the broken parts. I can now wash my hands and shower in my master bath enjoying a comfortable water temperature, no more scalding and freezing for me! Thank you Lonnie and Cameron. 🤔

Michael and the other technician went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the repairs were 100% perfect! They both were kind, polite and extremely helpful! I highly recommend everyone who needs plumbing work done on their home to use Majestic Plumbing! Excellent work!!!!

Zack came out to finish some installations in my bathroom that had been needed due to damage done by hurricane Helene. He did a wonderful job on the rough in and then came back to do the finish installation once the other contractors had completed their tasks. As before I am very pleased with the work and will use Majestic again when needed.

Corbet arrived on time and cleared up my plumbing problem in one day. He is very thorough, professional, and polite. Before leaving my house, he made sure everything was working as it should. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service I received from Majestic Plumbing.

We will continue to give Majestic our plumbing and electrical issues to solve. Have used them for years and never disappointed. Office and field staff know the true meaning of customer service.

Daryl did a great job fixing our outlet issues. We appreciated that he arrived within the timeframe the rep told us he would be here, thus respecting our schedules. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Afterward Daryl explained what the problem was without my asking, which I appreciated as well. We asked him for an estimate for an installation and he took the time to review the room and the estimate was emailed to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Daryl for any electrical work, can't go wrong. Shout out to Sherita, Amy, and Janell for the parts you played as Majestic phone reps. You all were kind, helpful, and respectful when I talked with you. Please know that what you do makes a difference to us as your customers.

Michael and Carson performed the repair in a professional manner. Explained the repair, provided an estimate, completed the repair in an efficient manner and cleaned up. Majestic is good outfit to do business with.

Great Customer Service! Thomas did an excellent job installing our bathroom ventilators. They also left the area very neat.
