I broke the water shutoff valve underneath my sink on Saturday, causing a leak. Fortunately, Michael from Majestic Plumbing was able to come to fix the problem first thing on Sunday morning. I am happy with Majestic's pricing, professionalism, and quality of work. I would use this company again in the future.

Our technician couldn’t have been better. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely, personable and honest. We asked direct questions and he gave equally candid answers. One of our issues was a bit of a pickle but Cameron found the root cause and replaced the broken parts. Zack came out to finish some installations in my bathroom that had been needed due to damage done by hurricane Helene. He did a wonderful job on the rough in and then came back to do the finish installation once the other contractors had completed their tasks. As before I am very pleased with the work and will use Majestic again when needed.

Daryl did a great job fixing our outlet issues. We appreciated that he arrived within the timeframe the rep told us he would be here, thus respecting our schedules. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Afterward Daryl explained what the problem was without my asking, which I appreciated as well. We asked him for an estimate for an installation and he took the time to review the room and the estimate was emailed to us within the hour. Ken Marzec was absolutely amazing. My bathroom was remodeled 1.5 years ago and the toilet installation placed over the new tile was absolutely the worst work I have ever seen. This resulted in leaks throughout my downstairs. Through his vast knowledge and experience Ken Was able to correct this issue which I am quite sure your average plumber would not have been able to do. I cannot thank him enough! If you use Majestic Plumbing, please request Ken, you will not be disappointed!
